Basic function
The card provides data packet processing and traffic management on 24 x 100GE optical ports, which can be used as 24 x 40GE optical ports or split into 96 x 25GE or 96 x 10GE optical ports.

100GE port
100GE ports on the card support QSFP28 and QSFP+ optical modules. A 100GE port can be used as a 40GE port through auto-sensing, or split into 4 x 25GE or 4 x 10GE ports.
The card can provide a maximum port density of 24 x 100GE, 24 x 40GE, 96 x 25GE, or 96 x 10GE.
Each 100GE port can be used as a 40GE port through auto-sensing.
Every two ports (0-1, 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-21, and 22-23) form a group. The two ports in a group need to be split together, and each port can be split into 4 x 25GE or 4 x 10GE ports.

MACsec
Ports 0 to 7 and 12 to 19 support MACsec. When these ports are configured to work at 40 Gbit/s or are split, MACsec is still supported. Other ports do not support MACsec.
