Functions of the PDC-2200WF
Function
Description
Input protection
Input undervoltage protection
In this protection state, the power module is turned off and stops supplying power. When the system recovers from input undervoltage, the power module can automatically start supplying power again.
Input overcurrent protection
In this protection state, the power module is turned off and stops supplying power. The power module cannot automatically start supplying power again and needs to be replaced.
Output protection
Output overvoltage protection
In this protection state:
If output overvoltage is caused by the power module itself, the power module stops supplying power. When the system recovers from output overvoltage, the power module cannot automatically start supplying power again.
If output overvoltage is caused by increase of the input voltage received from the external power source, the power module stops supplying power. When the system recovers from output overvoltage, the power module can automatically start supplying power again.
Output overcurrent protection
In this protection state, the output current is limited to a certain value. When the system recovers from output overcurrent, the power module can automatically start supplying power again.
Output short-circuit protection
In this protection state, the power module supplies power intermittently, and the output current is limited to a range. When the system recovers from output short-circuit, the power module can automatically start supplying power again.
Overtemperature protection
When the temperature of the power module exceeds a specified threshold, the power module stops supplying power. When the temperature falls into the normal range, the power module automatically resumes power supply.
Hot swapping
The power module is hot swappable.

PDC-2200WF FAQ
Q1: What are the core advantages of this AP? Why is it suitable for industrial and outdoor scenarios?
A1: The core advantages are industrial-grade protection (IP67 + wide temperature range), dual-band high-speed transmission, PoE+Mesh deployment, and multi-terminal compatibility; specifically designed for harsh environments and large-area coverage, its durability and stability far exceed ordinary commercial APs.
Q2: What are the power supply methods? Is professional cabling required?
A2: Supports PoE cable power supply (compatible with 802.3af/at standards) and DC power supply; PoE power supply can utilize existing network cables, eliminating the need for additional power cabling, significantly reducing construction costs.
Q3: What is the coverage area of a single AP? Does multi-AP networking support seamless roaming?
A3: In open environments, the coverage radius of a single AP is ≥100 meters, and in indoor industrial plants, it is ≥50 meters; it supports Mesh self-organizing networks and seamless roaming with 802.11r/k/v, allowing mobile terminals to switch between multiple APs without lag.
Q4: Can it connect to industrial PLC equipment and IoT sensors? What is the compatibility like?
A4: Absolutely; it is compatible with 802.11 b/g/n/ac protocols and supports industrial communication protocols such as TCP/IP and MQTT. It can stably connect to industrial IoT devices such as PLCs, sensors, and DTUs.
